1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service provider fails to meet agreed-upon timelines or terms.
     

Note: Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Services where the client has requested custom work that has already commenced.
     
  • Change of mind or preference after the service has started.
